Alex
Corina - Contemporary
artist. Born in 1950 Alex Corina studied at the Regional College of
Art in Bradford before moving to Liverpool 20 years ago. Alex is best known
for his picture 'The Mona Lennon', which represents Liverpool's Past, Present
and Future but also symbolises its aspirations. This image hung 80ft in height
outside St. George's Hall to celebrate the City of Liverpool 'City of Culture
2008' award. His work aims to capture the spirit and humour of the City in
the run up to the Capital of Culture 2008.
BDI Media
have supported Alex in many of his campaigns within the City.
His website is a collection of Artist's who display their
work in a very humorous and unique way, covering many topics
and icons from the City. The website also has a facility
to buy any of the art directly on line. BDI Media keep this
website updated on a regular basis and we are adding new
