SEO - Getting you Noticed
SEO - Search Engine Optimisation
We always do our research on your business, your Target Audience and who your competitors are. We need to make sure you have every opportunity to be found on the internet - not by chance, but by applying the correct Keywords and content on each page specific to your target audience.
We don't have you waiting week in and week out for the hits to come in to your website and we certainly don't charge for any SEO optimisation work - we include SEO development in the quote we give you at the beginning of your Web Design Project.
Search engine optimization (SEO) is one of the most powerful targeted marketing methods available. Unlike paid ads or commercials, SEO positions your products or services exclusively to people who are interested and actively searching for them. SEO isn't difficult to understand, but because search engine technology is a moving target, there are many misconceptions and obsolete ideas about SEO.
Search Engine Optimisation is the sought after code of free targeted traffic. Every website owner will give some thought to search engine optimisation. SEO is simply the process of taking certain steps so that major search engines like Google and Yahoo ranks your site near the top of the search results.
Case study
Client: GK First Aid Training
Website: www.gkfirstaidtraining.co.uk

A while back we were approached by a 'First Aid Training' Consultant who wanted his first website for Liverpool. We set to work and presented him with his website, he was delighted with the design and layout and after 4 weeks of our first meeting the website was launched. After a few days he came back to us and said that after much thought he wanted to focus on a number of areas within Merseyside such as Knowsley, St Helens and Southport.
Our challenge was to get him on the first page of Google. We worked on the Keywords specific to the geographical areas and worked on the coding on his pages and added a few extra pages along the way. We installed Google analytics and set up an account so he could track the performance of his traffic. We also added a number of applications to ensure he was competing with the Keywords specific to his Business, the services he was offering and also the geographical area he was targeting.
Mr Ellis came back a number of times requesting different target areas! We now cover Merseyside, the North West, the North and now London.
All of the enquiries he receives is directly through the websites.

A Google search of 'First Aid Training Knowsley' will return 159,000 Results - gksafety is on page 1.
A Google search of 'First Aid Training St Helens' will return 387,000 Results - gksafety is on page 1.
A Google search of 'First Aid Training Bradford' will return 1,920,000 Results - gksafety is on page 1.
Lets step out a bit further here!
A Google search of 'First Aid Training Birmingham' will return 3,610,000 Results - gksafety is on page 1.
A Google search of 'First Aid Training Manchester' will return 387,000 Results - gksafety is on page 1.
A Google search of 'First Aid Training London' will return a whopping 16,900,000 Results - gksafety is on page 1.
The above case study is similar to all websites we design. We don't just see ourselves as Web Designers, we have to be clever in picking up on your Keywords, your products, your Geographical location and the content of your website. We then apply a number of Applications, we are careful how we process the information and how we submit it to the Search Engines. This is how we make you stand out from the crowd and don't have you waiting too long for the 'Google Bus' to come along.
